Preschool is a great opportunity to reinforce healthy habits in a fun group setting.  Our breakfast, lunch, and snacks served throughout the day include whole foods with an emphasis on fruits and vegetables.  We also have our Fruit & Veggie of the Month, introducing kids to delicious ways to eat "forbidden veggies" like broccoli or spinach, and giving them lots of encouragement to try new foods.  We also invite guests throughout the year to teach kids about healthy habits, including dentists, fitness trainers, yoga practitioners, or meditation instructors.
